This is a call-in system that provides unlimited free information which ranges from healthcare, family planning to good governance. This service is available in Nigeria and would also be accessible to those in the rural communities.
According to biz tech Africa, the 3-2-1 Service delivers free, trusted, life-enhancing information to people on a mobile devices they already use — whether it is a simple phone, a feature phone, a smartphone, or a tablet. All calls to 3-2-1 are free from Airtel sim.
The information on the 3-2-1 Service is developed by local, regional, and international subject matter experts through content committees convened by Human Network International in each country where this service is active.
The topics of the information being accessed from this service include Agriculture, Commodity Prices, Family Planning, Good Governance, Health, News & Entertainment, Nutrition, Sanitation, and Weather.
How to access the free 3-2-1 service:
- Get an Airtel sim
- Dial 321 and listen to the voice prompt
- Select the preferred language; English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo or Pidgin English.
- Select the information needed from the different topics available such as News & Entertainment, Health, Agriculture, Commodity Prices, Good Governance, Weather etc.
This service is accessible to all airtel user and the information is free.
